Nicola Jacobs is Assistant Head and English Lead at Charles Dickens Nursery and Primary School.

Nicola is passionate about the benefits of reading aloud and exploring text through talk and drama.  In 2018-2020, she was a lead teacher for All the School's a Stage, a collaboration with Shakespeare's Globe, on using drama techniques to improve writing outcomes for primary pupils across South London. Prior to becoming a teacher, Nicola worked in health policy.
